Reading FC - Dave Kitson
Ady Williams chats to the former Reading striker Dave Kitson, who played for Reading between 2003 and 2008.
After joining from Cambridge, Kitson went on to play for Reading in their record-breaking 106 points season in the Championship, and the Premier League.
Kitson also reveals to Ady that one of his biggest regrets is not putting his mental health before football back in the mid-noughties.
