Back in the kitchen, Neil Forbes talks to Tony Singh and Struan Stevenson about their new book "The Course of History", which documents ten of the most important meals in human history. Twenty years in the making, this book explores the tradition of 'dining diplomacy', while sharing some of the recipes which have influenced major historic events.
