Experts Averil Milligan and Neil Porteous join him at Ballyphilip Parish Church hall where Portaferry Women’s Institute are the hosts. With the club celebrating its 85th year members questions include suggestions for seaside planting, how to move peonies and what to do with a Camellia that won’t flower. Also on the programme, two pupils from St Mary’s Primary school in Portaferry have a question about their school garden.
