At least 19 people have been killed and dozens injured after a huge drone and missile attack by Russia on the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, overnight. The Court of Appeal has been hearing legal argument from the Home Office and the owner of the Bell Hotel in Epping against a judge's decision to stop asylum seekers being housed there.
