Download COP31 and Wales, policing, council elections, the Senedd's future and remembrance
Representatives from all over the world gather in Turkey on Monday for the annual keynote UN climate conference, COP 31. Meanwhile, Welsh government have confirmed they will no longer fund planting trees in Uganda, an environmental project undertaken by the Size of Wales charity. Their deputy director, Barbara Davies-Quy joins us in the studio. Should the 43 police forces of England and Wales unite to become eight or ten larger forces? Dyfed Powys police and crime commissioner, Dafydd Llywelyn would prefer devolving policing to Wales and explains why. With talk of a May general election in the air, one vote we know we'll have to cast in six months time is for our local councillors. Wales Governance Centre's Richard Wyn Jones is with us to tell us what we can expect in that campaign. Is the Senedd a failed experiment? That's what former Conservative Senedd candidate Councillor Calum Davies thinks and he's written a pamphlet all about his views. He shares them with us too. And it's Remembrance Sunday. Simon Bendry from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission illustrates why it's still important to honour the dead of the First World War.
Continuing with our series meeting politicians of all colours, this week we have the company of Claire Archibald, one of Reform's two Senedd members for Ceredigion Penfro.
