Sean Rafferty talks to the man completely synonimous with Christmas music - choral composer John Rutter, who has now been writing immensely popular carols for decades. Ahead of his special Christmas 'Sing Along' concert at Kings Place in London, John Rutter talks to Sean about the continuing popularity of carols 50 years after 'Shepherds pipe', his first entry to the canon. He also talks about the old carols that continue to inspire him, and his experience of composing his own requiem.
