All promised to the residents of Rio as a result of hosting the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic games. Four months on Sportsworld returns to Rio to ask whether these will ever be fulfilled. Lee James travels around the city to meet the Paralympic gold medallist Daniel Dias and the Olympic gold medallist Rafaela Silva.
