Sophie Duker, Heidi Regan and Ned Sedgwick are joined by comedian Sara Pascoe to discuss big change and small change and how best to deal with it. Sophie talks about coming out as bi, Heidi investigates how modern job insecurity make us feel uneasy, Ned interviews someone who has changed the world, Sara opens up about the changes a new puppy brings and Steve Ali drops in to put everything into perspective.
