It’s been about two years since Jake Williamson joined us on the podcast for the first time – and since then, his career has gone from strength to strength.

Not only have you seen Jake compete Hyrox events and ultra-marathons, but he’s also using his platform to try and make sport a place where LGBTQ+ people feel welcome.

It’s been too long since we’ve had a proper chat with Jake, so it was high time that we got him back onto the podcast to talk about his journey since then.

We talk about all sorts of things – Jake’s coming out journey; his progress in the world of athletics; using his platform to help others as an advocate; modelling; the future and loads, loads more.
