Sky Blues Fancast: A Coventry City Podcast - Let's be 'aving you!

This week on the Sky Blues Fancast – there’s a mini appearance of Delia Smith post the last home match before the international break.
It was Norwich City who came to the CBS Arena and it ended in a 1-1 draw thanks to a late own goal from Ben Gibson – cue Sky Blue limbs.

Lorna Bailey met up with fans Anthony, Mark and Patrick at the Jimmy Hill Statue to discuss the match which saw Mark Robins start Ellis Simms and Haji Wright up front together for the first time with Godden on the bench.

It was a fast paced match with the Sky Blues having the majority of the attempts on goal and the majority of the possession as well. The Fancast look at Eccles performance, discover how a Frenchman (Patrick) ended up in a love affair with Coventry City and you’ll hear from defender Liam Kitching who made his full debut in the match.

Manager Mark Robins also gives his post-match thoughts. Talk of the fans on social media this week involved a lot of chat about the team building bowling trip video and there’s also discussion of how not only the team are gelling but also the fans – it was LOUD at the CBS on Saturday.
