In Court - The Verdict
Follow the trial of Metropolitan firearms officer Martyn Blake, who was charged with the murder of Chris Kaba. Chris died from a single gunshot after being stopped by police in Streatham, south London, on Tuesday 5 September 2022. Martyn Blake, who was previously known only as NX121, pleaded not guilty to murder.
In this episode, reporters Ross Ryan and Adina Campbell hear the conclusion of the trial with the jury finding Martyn Blake not guilty of Chris Kaba's murder. We'll also hear how the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police reacted to the verdict, as well as Chris Kaba's family.
