In Court - Who was Chris Kaba?
Follow the trial of Metropolitan firearms officer Martyn Blake, who was charged with the murder of Chris Kaba. Chris died from a single gunshot after being stopped by police in Streatham, south London, on Tuesday 5 September 2022. Martyn Blake, who was previously known only as NX121, pleaded not guilty to murder.
As reporting restrictions are lifted post-verdict, in this episode reporters Ross Ryan and Adina Campbell learn about Chris Kaba's criminal past, including his association to one of London's most notorious gangs - the 67. We also find out how Chris Kaba was named as the gunman in a nightclub shooting days before he died.
