Aaron Paul and Jobi McAnuff are joined by Tommy Smith to discuss the latest in the EFL.

Fleetwood Town manager Matt Lawlor joins the pod fresh from knocking Arsenal out of the League Cup. He tells us what their celebrations looked like and what's behind the historic win against the Champions of England.

One year on from Sheffield Wednesday being placed into administration, they've sacked manager Henrik Pederson. BBC Radio Sheffield's Rob Staton helps us lift the lid on the last 12 months at Hillsborough. Could David Storch's first managerial appointment provide the club with another dawn?

Plus, Huddersfield Town are top of League One and have only one loss at home all year. How far can Martin Drury take them?

And to narrate Jobi's moment of the week, there's some outstanding commentary of Richard Kone's hattrick for QPR; the earliest hattrick in EFL history.
